Nama Skin Repair Routine
Nama Fiji products can be used in a variety of different ways, depending on factors including your skin's specific needs, your lifestyle, and desired outcome.
Some of the most popular methods include:
Prepare
As part of your daily routine, cleanse with a Cleansing Milk, a thicker formula great for removing makeup, or use a Cleansing Gel which can lather for shaving. This first step is integral, as it gets your skin ready to absorb product.
For a more thorough approach once or twice per week you can double cleanse using Cleansing Milk on a damp cotton pad to remove debris, follwed by a Cleansing Gel to clear out pores. For those without sensitive skin, incorporate a Facial Scrub on damp skin before you cleanse, helping to mechanically renew your skins surface.
Don't forget your body! Gua Sha tools and a Body Brush can help improve circulation and lymphatic drainage, which directly impact your skins health. Cleansing Gel can also be used as shower gel, and Facial Scrub works wonders on rough patches.
Repair
On clean skin apply a Gel Serum all over face and decollatage. Previous steps improve absorption, allowing active ingredients to reach deeper layers of skin to impact repair at a cellular level.
For those looking for deeper penetration, a Galvanic Device is an all-in-one tool that uses iontophoresis and gentle galvanic currents infuse serums deep into the dermal layers for a more impactful, long lasting treatment. Reusable silicone Eye Masks can also help improve serum absorption.
A cooling kaolin clay Face Mask can also help repair irrirated skin, using a Mask Applicator apply the mask twice per week (or as needed for sunburnt skin) apply a thin semi-setting layer, and remove with a damp cloth after 15 minutes.
Protect
The final step is incredibly important for skin to retain moisture and allow your Gel Serum to continue working as long as possible. A Face Cream is a great daily solution for those with oily or combination skin to lock in hydration.
For those with dry skin, or those in very dry climates, Face Cream Rich provides a bridge between your every-night Eye Cream and an every-day moisturizer, to penetrate deep into skin keeping it soft and supple throughout your day. Post shower Body Lotion is also an important step in maintaing healthy, firm skin from head to toe.
Remember, during daylight hours your final step is always sunscreen, which should be applied after your skincare. Skincare is designed to absorb, while sunscreen is made to deflect.
